Heidy Hartrick
My fitness journey began after the birth of my third daughter. I set out to lose weight and soon began meeting with a personal trainer to show me where to begin. I started working out on a regular basis and began seeing results and feeling great. I started taking some Cardio Kick classes and fell in love with an intense workout. I began subbing a few classes and was soon introduced to Turbo Kick. I decided in 2007 to become certified to teach Turbo and have been doing it ever since. This type of a workout is fun and intense and it has developed a passion in me to educate others to take control of their health by being active and eating healthy. As a fitness instructor, I've been asked many times about various issues relating to health and wellness, that's when I wanted to take my education further and become a personal trainer. I find it very rewarding to help others find excersise that fits them and allows them to reach their goals. Let me educate and motivate you to a healthier you! Today is the day for change!
Mike Wolfarth
My interest in athletics began when I was young and has become a huge part of my life. I competed in several sports throughout my youth, in high school and in college. Unfortunately, after that I didn’t have coaches or teammates pushing me to be better. I didn’t like who or what I had become and wanted to get my body back to a competitive level. This is when fitness became a priority in my life. At first, I was getting my Personal Training certification for personal use. Soon, I realized that helping people reach their goals was just as fulfilling, if not more, than reaching my own. I have been training now for about two years. There isn’t anything more rewarding than seeing the confidence and pride building inside my clients. I love my team here at Super Fitness and I look forward to working with you in the near future!

After 35 years, I retired as a physical education and health teacher, coach, sports official and athletic director from Lakeland and Harrison Central High Schools. I have been involved with physical fitness my entire life from organized sports as a child through extra-curricular sports in high school to intramural sports in college. My coaching career consisted of cross-country, basketball, track and field, and Junior Olympics. I taught weight training and served as a strength coach for 7 years. I saw too many people pass through their high school years with weight, exercise, and self-esteem issues only to carry them into their adulthood. Now retired, but staying in the fitness industry due to my passion for fitness. My drive is helping people overcome these issue so that they too can start to feel better about themselves and finally reach the goals.
Angela Tedesco
At age 30, I felt it was time to make a change in my life. After years of schooling, receiving two college degrees, and landing the job, I found myself feeling unfilled and disappointed in my career. I set a goal – to make a CHANGE. With this, I found myself drawn to the world of fitness and quickly developed a strong passion and desire for a healthier life and a more positive attitude. A few years later, this passion and attitude drove me to attain my certification in Personal Training in order to help others in their quest for that happier healthier life.
I made my change and now I am dedicated to a journey of continual growth and education within the field of fitness. Today, my goals are to motivate, encourage, and support my clients every step of the way towards their need for change.

Emily became involved with personal training in 2008 because of her own passion for staying fit. She received her personal training certification from Hofstra University through the Academy of Applied Personal Training Education.

I have had a long career in the field of exercise and wellness. Athletics and exercise have always interested me, and I knew that I wanted to work in the field after I volunteered as an athletic trainer in high school. I received my degree from the University of Dayton in Exercise Science and Fitness Management. During college, I was an intern in the Cardiac Rehab department at Franciscan Medical Center. I loved helping people get back on track after a cardiac episode, but I felt I could help people more by preventing them from developing diseases caused by inactivity and over-eating. This is why I’m passionate about teaching people how to get healthy and stay healthy. I became ACE certified and enjoyed teaching people how to exercise correctly and effectively. Since moving back to the area, I have been excited to continue my career as a personal trainer at Super Fitness. I feel the facility is outstanding and the staff really cares about helping people reach their goals. Let me help you reach your goal today!
